There were periods of 30 minutes where no one could get activated.  iTunes has been completely down for over an hour.  At my local Apple store, they stopped even trying to activate the phones in iTunes.  After about 30 minutes they were able to get through the AT&amp;amp;T part, and then they just let me walk out of the store with it (unboxed).
