This is the closest safe place to park it in preparation. I don't like conspiracy theory's but this seems like a planned event. The link below shows where the tanker was parked in relation to the explosion. They will appear as squares that will provide more information if you move your mouse over them. My daddy used to build those freeway flyovers and they are as sold as aunt marthas fruitcake. No way one gas truck did all that damage. Explosives were used.
